How can I find a no fee apartment without a broker. Is it possible? Certainly, but keep in mind brokers have access to an inventory that was years in the making. Also the relationship some establish with landlords are which that you could never get a deal similar to what they may be able to offer. You can spend hours and hours searching online or through the newspapers or find a broker who is of the clear understanding that you are not looking to pay a fee.
